Access to Notwell comes with an active NotFit membership, which is managed at notfit.io. Notwell sells no subscriptions and has no in-app purchases.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to the Notwell website and mobile application (together, the “Services”).
2. Services Provided
Notwell is a feel-better app offering tools such as routines, breathwork, journaling, mood check-ins, and ambient sounds. Features may change over time.
3. Access Through NotFit Membership
- Notwell is included with an active NotFit membership. Membership is applied for, purchased, renewed, and cancelled at notfit.io under NotFit’s terms.
- Notwell does not sell subscriptions, in-app purchases, or any other paid content, and nothing can be bought inside the app.
- NotFit may issue access codes so members can link their existing membership to a Notwell account (for example, when signing in with Apple without sharing an email). Codes cannot be purchased, are tied to a membership, and stop working if that membership ends.
- If your NotFit membership lapses, access to Notwell is paused until it is active again.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
5. Payments
Notwell itself has no charges. Any payment relates to your NotFit membership and is governed by NotFit’s terms. See our Payment Terms for details.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use Notwell safely and at your own risk.
- Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or harm other users.
- Journal and mood content you create remains your responsibility.
7. Health Disclaimer
Notwell is not a medical service. See our Medical Disclaimer. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, copy, and app content are owned by Notwell or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Use is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or misuse the Services.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
