Notwell is included with NotFit membership. To confirm your access we share only your account email or access code with NotFit; Notwell never handles payments.
Notwell respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website or app. Notwell is part of the NotFit family and is available to active NotFit members; where this policy mentions NotFit, it means the NotFit membership service at notfit.io, which has its own Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details: name, email, and the sign-in method (Google, Apple, or email) you use to create an account.
- Membership data: whether your NotFit membership is active, and any NotFit access code you enter to link that membership.
- Usage data: features you use (routines, breathwork, journal, mood, sounds), session timing, and app interactions.
- Device data: device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, and basic diagnostics.
- Optional data: content you choose to write in journal entries or mood check-ins, stored on your device and, if you sign in, in your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve Notwell’s feel-better tools and to sync your data across your devices.
- To confirm you hold an active NotFit membership, which is what gives you access to Notwell, and to communicate with you about your account, updates, or support.
- To personalize reminders and keep the product secure.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. To check your access we send your account email, or the access code you entered, to NotFit, which responds only with whether the membership is active. We may also share limited data with service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf, or with legal authorities when required by law. Notwell does not process payments and does not collect payment details.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including encrypting personal data stored on your device. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; you are responsible for keeping any login details safe.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to opt out of marketing communications. You can delete your Notwell account and its synced data from inside the app or by emailing us. Deleting your Notwell account does not cancel your NotFit membership, which is managed at notfit.io.
6. Children’s Privacy
Notwell is not designed for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as Notwell grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
