Payment Terms

Notwell has no in-app purchases and no subscription of its own. Access to Notwell is included with an active NotFit membership. These Payment Terms explain how that works.

1. What You Pay For

• The Notwell app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.
• Nothing can be bought inside the Notwell app, and the app does not collect payment details.
• Access to Notwell’s features is provided to active NotFit members as part of their membership.

2. NotFit Membership

• NotFit membership is applied for, purchased, and managed at notfit.io.
• Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for that membership are governed by NotFit’s Terms and Conditions, not by Notwell.
• To manage or cancel your membership, use your NotFit account at notfit.io.

3. Access Codes

NotFit may issue access codes to existing members so they can link their membership to a Notwell account. Codes are not sold, cannot be bought, and do not unlock any paid content on their own. A code stops working if the membership it belongs to ends.

4. If Your Membership Ends

If your NotFit membership lapses or is cancelled, access to Notwell’s features is paused until the membership is active again. Your data is kept according to our Privacy Policy.
