4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans, if offered, renew according to our Payment Terms. Prices are shown in-app or at checkout and may change with notice.
5. User Responsibilities

These Payment Terms apply when you purchase a Notwell subscription, founding-member offer, or any paid feature through the website, App Store, Google Play, or other payment partners.
1. Plans and Pricing
- Free and paid plans may be available. Features differ by plan.
- Prices are shown at checkout or in-app and may change with reasonable notice.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
2. Billing and Renewal
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Billing is handled by Apple, Google, or another payment processor.
- You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan interval (monthly, yearly, or as displayed).
3. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via your App Store / Google Play subscription settings or the method shown at purchase.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
4. Refunds
Refunds are generally handled by the store or payment provider’s policies. Unless required by law or store rules, Notwell does not provide partial-period refunds for unused time.
5. Founding Member / Limited Spots
Pre-launch and founding-member offers may be limited in number. Registering interest does not guarantee a paid spot or download access until confirmed. Terms of any founding offer will be shown at the time of purchase.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds or you cancel.

Features such as breathwork, routines, journaling, mood check-ins, and sounds are general wellness tools for everyday use. They are not a substitute for professional care from a doctor, therapist, or other licensed clinician.

3. Your Responsibility
